A whole two weeks had passed by since Safaree and Nicki were departed. Little did they know things were becoming more and more stranger than they expected.
Nicki was now in Japan into her 2nd show in Tokyo, by herself. After she had finished that night, she headed back to her hotel suite to shower up and pack for Yokohama in the morning.
She checked her phone. 1 missed call. 2 text messages. 1 voicemail. No Safaree. She sighed in relief that it wasn't him. She was still pretty upset at him for actually leaving out on her again and even more upset that she let him do it.
"You have 1 new message."
"....................."
"Aye! Aye! Tell'em niggas to get over here!"
"Aight. Ayo, ..........said..............."
All Nicki heard in the message was statics and deep voices yelling in the background. She frowned and twisted up her face trying to listen closely but their words were becoming inaudible.
"..........gga you still on the phone with her?"
She heard someone approachong the phone from the background.
"Nah na...........aint....ven pickin up"
"Well we need t-"

The phone hung up.
Nicki looked at her phone weirdly before exiting out of the voicemail call. She bit at the corner of her lips as she went to her text messages.
#23571:
Should have never did that.
"What?" She opened the 2nd message.
#23571:
Oh. and my apologies on what happen to ya boy.
Nic didn't quite comprehend what the last message was exactly referring to. But now she figured it was possibly the same guys she heard on the voicemail.
"Oh unh unh, lemme call Manny." She searched through her contacts to find Manny.
"Hello?"
"Manny can you do me a quick favor please?"
"Anything, Nic."
"I need you to call Sprint and please tell them to get my blackberry turned off. I'm not gonna be using it anymore."
"Uhhh...okay. Sure thing. You got your iPhone with you?"
"Yes. Just have them switch my contacts and information to that phone, please. Different Phone. Different Number."
"Alright."
"Thank You."
"No problem."
By switching to the other phone like Mr. McGasky told her to do, she wpuld make sure the calls and texts would stop for sure.
Nic threw the phone down on her bed and went to go shower.

"Ayeeeeeeeee Scaff Beezy!!!! Wassup man?" The dude with all black on approached Safaree at a car garage place, while he was getting his motorcycle worked on.
SB dapped him up and gave him a fake smile. "Wassup Eric?"
A nigga he knew from back then that used to run the streets out in Brooklyn. He and Safaree were enemies back then due to being in two different cliques. Eric used to run with a bad crowd of niggas who were in a gang. The gang didn't like Safaree and his crew. They used to sell drugs and carry weight up and down the dangerous streets of New York and Eric and his gang were Safaree's competition.
Eventually times changed and years later here he was. Nice as shit. Or so Safaree thought.
"Aint nuthin much man, just tryna make it out here ya know?"
Safaree looked off at the scenery in LA before looking back at Eric. "Yeah...yeah..I feel you."
"Yeah. ......I see you done ALREADY made it out here." he laughed.
Safaree chuckled at his tiny joke. "Well you know money is money so you gotta make dat shit while you can."
"I feel you. Alright alright," he nodded. "I see ya girl out here gettin it. Shiiiiiit makin money off dat A-" he busted out laughing again until SB cut him off with a serious face.
"Aye."
He straightened his face, "Sorry dawg. Well I'm finna go hit up this party down the way for tonight. It was nice seein you around, playboi."
"Aight. Same to you."
Eric was walking back to his car. "Aye! Keep doin ya thang man! and BE CAREFUL! Betta watch ya back, cuz niggas 'round can fuck up anything with that kind of money!" he started laughing again, getting into his car.
SB shook his head and went back into the garage to check on his motorcycle.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICKIIIII!!!" the crowd of Nicki's family and friends cheered before her.
"Thank You guys so much! I love you all." she yelled into her mic, standing on stage.
Nicki looked over everyone's faces and notice someone was missing from the crowd.
"Safaree. Where's Safaree?" she looked all around the stage and didn't see him.
The crowd looked at each other in confusion.
"Has anyone seen Safaree???" she had a worried look on her face.
No one responded.
Nicki walked around her set and spotted Safaree by the DJ booth. Her face lit up as she ran to him and hugged him tightly.
"Faree, I love you!!!!" Nicki had so much joy in her heart. She gave him a kiss on his cheek but he moved her away.
"Get away from me."
She frowned when she saw he was serious.
"Safaree....wha...what's wrong???" her cold hands touched his cheeks. She pulled his head down to look at her but she couldn't read his expression because he had on dark shades.
"I said MOVE AWAY FROM ME, NICKI." he knocked her hands down to her sides and stood there.
Nicki backed away from him and tears filled her eyes. She walked back to centerstage.
"Thank you all for coming to my birthday celebration I . . ."
Two big black man walked up behind her. When she finished her speech, she proceeded to turn around but bumped into the big hefty men.
She gasped and took a few steps back away from them, when they pulled her tiny body into them and lifted her up on their shoulders.
"W-Wait! WAIT WAIT! PUT ME DOWN! WHERE AM I GOING?! WHAT'S GOING ON?!"
"NICKI!!!!!!!" the crowd of family and friends yelled after her.
Her eyes bucked and arms went out to reach for them to save her. They all extended their arms but couldn't get to her because she was on a high stage.
"SAFAREE! SAFAREE COME HELP ME! HEL- HELP ME PLEASE, SAFAREE!" Nic cried to SB who was sitting on the other side of the stage, on her staircases with his head down.
He never looked up at her.
"SAFAREE CANT YOU HEAR ME?!?! HELP ME PLEASE!" the men continued to walk away.
"Karma is a bitch.." he said in a low tone that she only heard.
She was confused. He wasn't saving her from being kidnapped yet he only sat, with his head down. No emotion.
"Safaree, NO! NO! DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO ME! PLEASEEE!" Her tears were continuously rolling down her cheeks, as the crowd yelled for her to come back.
When the two men reached backstage everything went black. She couldn't see anything, hear anything. All she felt was her body shivering from it being super cold. Then she suddenly heard a deep voice come to her.
"I've got you now."
Nic shrieked waking up in the middle of the night. Her entire body was trembling from the cold air breezing through the vents in her suite. She realized she had no cover on her so she peeled all of them back and buried her tiny frame into them and holding her pillow close.
The dream she'd just had was on her mind deep and now there was no way she'd fall back asleep soon. It kinda made her think about the last weird dream she had a month ago. Usually dreams like that, were forgetful and really wouldn't get to her but for some reason this one was different. And when she had dreams that constantly stayed on her mind, they were bound to come true.
Nicki huffed and stared at the dark ceiling and looked at what time it was in New York.
She reached over for her phone and called her mother.

@SCAFFBEEZY:
Trust nobody...
Safaree was now back at home after being out earlier this morning getting his motorcycle fixed. He chilled on the couch, eating cereal and watching TV. Clearly not bothered by no one until he decided to get a phone call.
"Yo."
"Safaree I need you to do me a BIIIG favor." Terrence said loudly into the phone.
"Wassup?" he said sounding slightly annoyed.
"Okay, I need you to be at Summer Jam."
"Ummm...for what? She can do that show by herself too."
"Boy hush. You aint gotta perform. I just need you there cuz we gon need some help with some stuff."
"Look Terrence, to be honest...I REALLY don't wanna be around her right now."
"See yall get on my nerves with all that stubborn shit. Yall too grown to be acting like kids. Everytime some shit go down, yall get stubborn as shit and wanna go run off on problems yall got. "Iono why you tellin ME that. She the one always complaining nshit."
"No BOTH of yall be bitchin and I aint got time to hear that all day. Don't NOBODY wanna hear that all day."
Safaree got quiet. He knew T was right but didn't wanna admit it.
"Yeah, whateva."
"But anyways...Me and Manny need you to help us out for the Summer Jam shows next week."
He sighed and looked off. "Aight what time?"
"We need you to be in Philly the day before, sir."
"Aight. I'll call you or Manny."

"I've been good ma, just been so tired."
"Of the tour? Already? Onika baby you just started it." Mama Carol giggled.
"...Of everything really." Nicki dreadfully said.
"Awww, what's wrong now?"
"Just.....Safaree."
Nicki had to think before spilling about the weird things that she kept secret from anyone but SB. She wasn't ready to tell anyone yet and only tried to die down the situation before it grew worse.
"Oh boy, what happen this time?" Nicki could picture her mother rolling her eyes when she said that. She giggled to herself.
"Mmmm...same old same old. I'm doing the tour solo now, I guess. He's back at home. Being stubborn....as usual."
"And you must think that you're not?" Mama Carol raised in eyebrow.
She rolled her eyes and sighed. "It's just not working out between us right now. Everytime we try to work it out, it ends up being a disaster."
"Well Onika, then you have to just sit down and talk things out. Not run away from your problems. Nothing will never be settle between you two. Pray. You know I always tell you guys this."
"I tryyyyyy ma! I really do try! It's always either he's copping an attitude or I'm just being a bi-"
"Onika."
She caught a bubble and looked down in embarrassment.
"Sorry."
"Look you get some rest. I know it's like 3 in the morning over there. Do what I told you to do, Onika, I'm serious."
"Yes ma'am. I love you mommy."
"Okay. I love you too my baby. Bye."
"Bye."
She hung up the phone and said a small prayer before snuggling under the covers and drifting to sleep.
Oh goodness. Where does this Eric dude come in? He's suspicious.
ReplyDeleteWhoa @ the phone call and that dream. Creepy as hell. That Eric guy isn't sitting right with me. Safaree needs to be there to help heeeer.
ReplyDeleteDo You Think It Was Appropiate For Onika To Be Lifted Up In The Manner She Was By Those Men And For SB To Let Them Take Her? Do You.
