Dr. Ruiz stopped and turned around to glance back at Safaree with a concern look on his face. Nicki leaned over to listen in to what they were about to say.

".....An Ultrasound...?" he raised an eyebrow at SB sounding confused.

Before Safaree could answer, Lauren and Thembi quietly walked in and greeted the doctor and Safaree. Nic's eyes lit up when she saw Lauren approaching her as Thembi greeted SB then making her way over to Nic. Nicki stuck her arms out wide for them both to hug her as she let out a sigh of relief. A tear slipped down her face as she realized how much she needed and missed her BFFs.

"These are my bestfriends Thembi and this is Lauren." Nic pointed, smiling at Dr. Ruiz.

"Nice too meet you ladies." he smiled back at them as they moved out of the Doctor's way, continuing his check up on her.

After he finished, he announced that Nicki was running a fever and turned around to SB.

"...Now You were saying something about an Ultrasound...? Is anything wrong?"

"I need her to take a pregnancy test."

Nic, Lauren & Themb's eyes got big at what he said and her friends turned to look back at her.

"Babe, You Okay? Why Didn't You Tell Me?" Lauren sounding worried.

"I-I...I Just don't feel too good." She answered unsurely.

"WELL....Uhhh Onika, We Can Give You a Pregnancy test if you want...I mean.."

"YES! I mean..sure...I guess...?" She became very nervous and wasn't quite sure on what she really wanted.

"You Don't Have To Take It If You Don't Want To...It Was just an suggestion." the doctor warned her before she made a final decision.

Safaree looked over at Nic to see if she'd agree with his request. She struggled to let any words out at the moment as she tried to decide before she spoke up.

"Uhh-Uhmmm..N-No Its Fine. I'll Take One." Nicki quickly looked down at her feet dangling as she was still unsure, hoping that this sickness wasn't the result of a pregnancy. She was definitely not ready for children any soon.

Thembi's eyes grew big at Nicki as she gasped. "You think you're PREGNANT?!" A huge grin stretched across her and Lauren's face as Nic frowned at them both. She didn't want them to get the wrong idea and think that she and Safaree planned it.

She held her arms out in front of her "No no no no n-no. I just...WE..um..Well Its just that I've been throwing up alot..And....Well.." she hesitated, eyeing Gali carefully. "Its just been so hectic these few past weeks ever since the Plane Crash and....I don't know...just these weird things been happening to me...." Nic stared down at the ground in a daze.

Lauren teared up and looked over at Safaree with his face burried in his hands shaking his head slowly. As she knew exactly how Nic felt, replaying the scary night in her mind. She came closer to Nic and held her as she rubbed her back. Thembi came and did the same, trying to confort their bestfriend. A tear fell gently down Nic's cheek.

"I just want everything to....STOP. I just want it all to end you guys..." she pleaded with her hands out in front of her.

"I know babe....I know and it WILL...it'll get better.....okay?" Lauren told her still rubbing Nic's back and wiping away tears of her own.

It Was Now 1:45am and Nicki sat and waited for her results to come back. Safaree sat in his seat and went back into deep thought. Thembi stood on Nic's left as Lauren stood on the right holding her hand and silently praying for her. Within 20 minutes, The Doctor came back in and made his announcement.

He slowly held up the papers, ".....Negative." he smirked.

Everyone's Eyes Lit Up. Safaree took a deep breath in a sigh of relief. But was still wondering what was wrong with Nicki....

"But..Doc...If she's not pregnant then why is she constantly throwing up like that?"

"Well, As I can inform you that theres a 99% chance that she may just have gastroenteritis. Which means that she has a Stomach Virus. It's very cureable. People of all ages get it all the time, it's not anything AS serious. Uhhhhm, symptons of Gastroenteritis include things like Vomiting, Diarreha, Stomach Pains and Fatigue. So if you have been experiencing things like that then you have it." he explained to them.

He pointed at Safaree to ask him a question. "You did say she was having bad stomach pains and vomiting numerous times, right?" SB nodded as it all begin to make sense to them. "Well....Ms. Onika I Think we have solved our mystery eh?" Dr. Ruiz chuckled looking back at Nic. She gave him a weak smile and responded.

"Okay so what exactly will cure this virus because well obviously I've never had anything like this." she shook her head and popped her eyes wide in shock.

"I can prescribe you some medication for it or you can take Tylenol for the symptoms, drink plenty of water and gatorade and You'll be back to normal in NO time." he told her confidentally.

"And For Tips To Keep Those Symptoms Down, Keep your diet down to clear liquids for the first 24 hours (broth, water, juices). If you feel better after 24 hours, then you can move on to foods like white rice, white bread, apple sauce, and bananas. Try to avoid citrus, greasy foods, dairy and tomato products, alcohol, coffee, and carbonated drinks. This is to ease up on your stomach as it adjusts back to its normal state in clear of the virus." Dr. Ruiz informed her.

"Okay...I'll Definitely Do That. Thank You SOOO Much! Wow. I Never Knew That." Nicki exclaimed in surprise.

"Whoa...Thank You..." SB told the him.

"WOW. That was a SCARE!" Lauren said.

"I knoooowww......Thank God it wasn't anything too serious because...." Thembi said shaking her head.

"You're Very Welcome! Now Are there any questions before I let you go?" he asked.

"Uhh..No Thanks. But Thank You For Helping Us Out Tonight. We were very concerned." Safaree spoke up.

"No No. Thank you all for being patient with me. I know its going on 2:30am now. I'm gonna let you guys out, just get changed and I'll be back in a minute." The doctor smiled and left the room.

"Thank You Guys for coming to see about me." Nic was thinking about telling her bestfriends so bad about what's been really going on with her and how she doesn't feel safe in public any more. She felt that she needed to tell them.....

"Guys! I...Uh...Need To Tell You about something......" Nic wish she never blurted that out at that moment.

Thembi turned back and held her hand again as she stared into her big brown eyes, "Is Something Wrong???"

Lauren's face turned dead serious again as she waited in anticipation on what Nicki needed to say to them. "Come On Nic.......Tell Us What's The Matter?"

Her palms began to sweat as she was afraid she even mentioned tragic events. She shook her head and smiled. "I'll tell you guys tomorrow. It can wait....um just call me and we can meet somewhere." They both nodded at her. SB gave Nicki a look and she rolled her eyes at him.

Nic got changed back into her clothes, folding the gown and grabbing her purse as she fixed herself before they all walked out the room. They all met Dr. Ruiz at the front desk to check out.

4:12am. Nicki and Safaree was fast asleep in SB's room. Nic was balled up with no covers on her and SB held her small frame up against him with one of their free hands intertwined.

A Loud Thump Occured Downstairs as it instantly woke up Safaree. He jumped up to the noise and looked over at Nic still sleeping. He knew the noise was too loud for him to be just hearing things so he quietly slided out of bed and into the pitch black hallway. With no light around, SB carefully went downstairs to check out where the thump came from. Reaching his arms out in front of him as he slowly and cautiously moved his way through the living room, there was nothing unusual happening. He moved to the kitchen and found nothing. He walked across to the hallway of the office and guest room but again found nothing.

When Gali came back into the living room.....the white curtain draping down from the balcony doors blew in a cold breeze coming from someone who left them wide open. His eyes became big at how it was unlocked and opened wide. Faree felt his heart beat as he tentatively verged upon the door. But as soon as he begin to close the door, as loud thump and then a soft scream was heard from upstairs. Safaree screamed for Nicki and darted straight upstairs back to his room.

He ran up by his bed and called her name again. He swiftly pulled back the covers to find no Nicki in sight.......
